Rugged Glamp tents are produced in controlled production batches. This is a deliberate choice — batched production is what allows us to keep a commercial-grade product at its current price point. By manufacturing in planned runs rather than one-off builds, we maintain consistent quality control while keeping unit costs significantly lower than they would be otherwise. The savings go directly to our customers, not into our margins.
When you place an order, your units are allocated to the next available production batch. We’ll confirm your batch allocation and estimated timeline as soon as your order is placed, so you know exactly when to expect delivery.
For larger orders or specific commercial requirements, we can arrange dedicated production runs outside of our standard batch schedule. If you’re a holiday park rolling out a fleet, an operator with a time-sensitive deployment, or a commercial buyer with volume requirements, talk to us — we’ll work with you to scope a production timeline that fits your project.
We ship to customers across Australia, New Zealand, and internationally. Because our product is a large-format commercial item, every order has different logistics requirements — a single Couples tent going to a rural property in Victoria is a very different job to a fleet of Family tents shipping to a holiday park in France.
That’s why we work with each customer individually to find the best shipping solution for their order. Once your production batch is confirmed, our team will be in touch to discuss delivery options, timing, and costs based on your specific location and order size.
Shipping is quoted separately and is in addition to the product price.
Because shipping costs vary significantly depending on destination, order volume, and delivery method, we don’t include a flat shipping fee at checkout. Instead, we’ll provide you with a clear, itemised shipping quote as part of your order confirmation so there are no surprises.
